  • You are at least 18 years of age

Accounts & Registration

Certain services may require you to create an account or submit registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, contain inaccurate information, or are used in a manner inconsistent with the professional nature of our platform.

Courses & Training

Enrollment: Course enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Seats are limited and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to low enrollment, instructor unavailability, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Practice Responsibility: Training courses provide education and hands-on instruction but do not constitute a license to practice. You are solely responsible for practicing within the scope of your state license and professional credentials. Beso does not supervise or direct your patient care following a training course.

Certificates of Completion: Upon completion of a course, participants receive a certificate of attendance or completion. This certificate documents training participation and does not constitute a professional license, board certification, or guarantee of competency.

Cancellations & Refunds: Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on course cancellation and refund terms.

Medical Director Services

Medical director engagements are governed by a separate written agreement between Beso and the client practice. These Terms apply to the general use of our website and initial inquiry process. Specific terms, scope, fees, liability allocations, and obligations for medical director services are detailed in the executed engagement agreement.

You acknowledge that Naomi Fayzulayev, FNP-C is licensed in Arizona and may not serve as a formal medical director for practices physically located outside of Arizona. Advisory or consulting services may be available for out-of-state providers on a limited basis as described in the applicable agreement.

Not Legal Advice: Beso does not provide legal advice. Information about Arizona NP scope of practice on our website is provided for educational purposes only. We recommend consulting a licensed healthcare attorney regarding your specific compliance obligations.
